Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to products purchased from Fitbright through fitbright.world. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently.

1. Digital Products

Our habit challenge packages include digital materials such as printable journals, timeline maps, and platform access codes. Due to the nature of digital delivery, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:

  • The digital product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical error on our part
  • The product content materially differs from the description on our products page
  • You have not downloaded, printed, or accessed the digital materials

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not available for:

  • Products that have been fully downloaded or accessed
  • Field Log entries or challenge progress data already submitted
  • Purchases made more than fourteen days prior to the return request
  • Products purchased during promotional periods where return terms were stated differently

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase
  • Order date and product name
  • Reason for the return request

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Partial refunds may be offered where only a portion of the product bundle is affected.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions above.

7. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong package tier, contact us within fourteen days. We may offer an exchange for a different product of equal or greater value, with any price difference payable by you.
